The binder is polymerized from high molecular materials

It possesses properties such as hydrophilicity, complexation, and cold-setting, and is used for processing chromite ore powder and chromium iron ore powder. The cold-pressed pellets produced are widely used in electric furnaces and submerged arc furnaces, and have gained recognition from a wide range of users.

Product Features:

1. Easy to use: After mixing the binder with the material, add water, stir evenly, and then cold-press into shape.

2. Strong adhesion: High viscosity, high pellet formation rate, high cold and hot strength, meeting the requirements for furnace smelting.

3. Low dosage: Strong bonding force, minimal addition, cold-pressed molding, reducing production costs.

4. Excellent performance: Produces 30–35 tons of pellets per ton, with a formation rate of 98%. Wet pellets remain intact after a 1.5-meter drop, cold strength of 150 kg/pellet, and hot strength (fired at 1200°C) of 100 kg.
